2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding pickup, delivery, or staffing requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to locations and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full within the agreed-upon payment terms stated on the invoice

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Liability

Shaggy Courier Ltd is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the declared value or as required by law.

5. Staffing Services

Temporary workers provided by Shaggy Courier Ltd remain our employees.

Clients must provide safe working conditions and comply with workplace safety regulations.

6. Termination

Shaggy Courier Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

7. Changes to Terms
